90% part of the body is filled with water. This shows that water is an important element for our body and to keep us from being dehydrated.
Dehydration causes many problems such as
  • Tiredness
  • Migraine
  • Constipation
  • Muscle cramps
  • Irregular blood pressure
  • Kidney problems
  • Dry skin
  • 20% dehydrated – Risk of death
This is why water is such an important element for the human body. Human at least should drink water 1800ml per day. The more the better.
